Caviar & Grits serves up a bold blend of original soul and funk that’s equal parts silky smooth and gritty groove. Based in Binghamton, this five-piece powerhouse brings smoky vocals, tight rhythms, and infectious energy to every stage they hit.

Fronted by the magnetic Michaela Clark on lead vocals and guitar—who also pens the band’s punchy lyrics—the group is rounded out by Tyson Alston on keys, Joe Kollar on guitar, Jim Lomonaco on bass, and Moses Valle on drums. Together they channel the raw emotional depth of Amy Winehouse, the genre-hopping soul of Lake Street Dive, and the joyful explosiveness of Sammy Rae & The Friends—all while bringing a sound that’s completely their own.
